Our range of capabilities include:
Casting / Forging
The iron and steel foundry unit is equipped
with cupola, medium and main frequency
Induction Furnaces, mechanised sand plant,
moulding machines, fettling and heat treatment
facilities. Rigid quality control measures are
undertaken both at shop floor and at the stage
of final inspection. The unit is supported by
most sophisticated sand testing, chemical and
physical testing laboratories to ensure highest
degree of quality assurance.
Machining
The machine shop is equipped with latest CNC
machines for milling and turning operation,
capstan automats and other general purpose
machine tools and capable of offering the
highest degree of accuracy and high tolerence
level.
Heat Treatment
Stress relieving, annealing, treatment in
cyanide and neutral baths, quenching and
tempering are carried out inhouse to provide
intermediate machining requirements,
achieving the final metalic property and
hardness as specified by the customers.
Surface Treatment
A wide variety of surface treatments are
offered ranging from galvanising, passivation,
phosphating, parkerising, nickel plating etc
depending upon the requirement of customers
and also considering ultimate application.

Stringent quality control measures are followed by the company right from
procurement stage of all raw materials in form of rolled and forged stock of various grades
of alloy steel, raw castings, etc. and also during different stages of manufacturing.
Chemistry of all raw materials are being checked first and then those are subjected to
ultrasound and physical testing to ascertain composition, internal defects if any and
physical properties.
Raw materials once approved are issued for machining and careful inspection are carried
out at various stages of machining by using most sophisticated measuring instruments,
apparatus and gauges. Finished machined components are then sent for heat treatment
and desired hardness of components are being checked individually for components of
smaller lots and at random for bigger lots.
Only approved items are sent for surface treatment wherever specified or needed
depending upon ultimate application.
